1. Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, with tags attached.
Please note that certain items like sale items or limited-edition products may be non-returnable, and we’ll let you know if this applies at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a notification once the refund is completed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return first, and then place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
